RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic/Local Orders
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 7 business days of delivery for regular priced items. Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and with all original tags and hygienic liners attached. For sanitary reasons, please keep underwear on when trying on swimwear. We cannot accept exchanges for another style, all exchanges are restricted to the same swimsuit. *All sale items are final sale*
Shipping
To initiate an exchange please email support@kaviarswim.com with your order number to request a return authorization. The customer service team will then provide you with a return address. Once the items are sent back to our facility, a tracking confirmation number must be sent via email.
Once we receive your exchange in new/unused condition, we will send a store credit for the product cost. NOTE: Exchange requests must be received within 7 days of the delivery date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within a maximum of 5-10 business days, average time for exchange returns are 1-2 business days.
